Produced from the vinification in cold Aglianico grapes harvested on the hills of Sannio Benevento. It has a bright pink colour and is delicate with fruity and floral aromas.

The flavour is dry, soft and harmonious. This wine goes well with risottos and pasta dishes with little sauce, fish soups or similar, scallops, mushrooms and grilled fish.

Ideally served at a temperature range of 10-12°C.
