THE FIRST BIODYNAMIC FRANCIACORTA
A winery with over 300 years of history,Silvia and Federico Stefini,sister and brother both extremely passionate and competent challange themselves into a project for the reborn of the winery now with organic and biodynamic methods.
In 2015 in fact are the first with organic certification and in July 2016 first with Biodynamic certification Demeter.
"We believe on an approach always gentle with the vines and stepping away from chemical intervention,which is also our philosophy of life,a way of getting close real to the vineyard,understanding and respecting it fully in his cycle of life,until when will express fully itself in the bottle with his character".
